In an open letter, members of European Parliament and Int. Campaign for Freedom in the UAE, called on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed to end the suffering of Detainees Of Conscience whose prison sentences have ended, and who are still being held in so-called counselling centers (Munasaha), indefinitely.
